سياسة الخصوصية
توضح هذه السياسة كيف تجمع زاجل الذكية لتقنية المعلومات («زاجل» أو «نحن») البيانات الشخصية وتستخدمها وتحميها عند استخدامك موقع zajelsolutions.com وخدماته، ومنها نماذج التواصل والاستبيانات وتقييم المنظومات والمساعد الذكي. نلتزم في ذلك بنظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة العربية السعودية ولوائحه التنفيذية.
1. من المسؤول عن بياناتك
زاجل الذكية لتقنية المعلومات — المقر الرئيسي: الرياض، حي العليا. للتواصل بشأن الخصوصية: نموذج التواصل في الموقع، أو واتساب 00966504241724، أو الرقم الموحد 920017650.
2. البيانات التي نجمعها

لا نطلب بيانات حساسة، ونرجو ألا تكتب في النماذج أو المحادثة بيانات صحية أو مالية أو أرقام هويات.
3. لماذا نستخدم بياناتك
- الرد على طلباتك واستفساراتك، وإعداد العروض والدراسات التي تطلبها، والتواصل معك بشأنها.
- تشغيل المساعد الذكي وتحويل محادثتك إلى مهندس المبيعات عندما تطلب ذلك.
- تحسين محتوى الموقع ومنظوماتنا بناءً على التقييمات والاستبيانات.
- قياس استخدام الموقع بإحصاءات مجمّعة، وحمايته من إساءة الاستخدام.
نعالج بيانات التواصل بناءً على موافقتك عند إرسالها، أو لأنها لازمة لتنفيذ ما طلبته، ونعالج إحصاءات التصفح لـمصلحتنا المشروعة في تشغيل الموقع وتحسينه. لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نستخدمها للتسويق دون موافقتك.
4. ملفات تعريف الارتباط والتخزين في المتصفح
- zvid: معرّف زائر مجهول يساعدنا في عدّ الزوار الفريدين، ومدته سنة واحدة.
- تفضيلات العرض (اللغة والوضع الليلي) تُحفظ في متصفحك فقط ولا تُرسل إلينا.
- zj_attr: مصدر زيارتك (رابط الحملة أو اسم الموقع الذي أحالك إلينا وصفحة الدخول) يُحفظ في متصفحك لمدة 90 يوماً، ولا يُرسل إلينا إلا مع طلب التواصل الذي ترسله بنفسك، لنعرف أي القنوات أوصلتك إلينا.
يمكنك حذف ملفات تعريف الارتباط أو منعها من إعدادات متصفحك، وسيبقى الموقع يعمل.
5. مع من نشارك البيانات
- مزوّد الاستضافة (Hostinger) الذي تُحفظ بياناتنا على خوادمه، ويعالجها نيابة عنا فقط.
- Google Fonts: خطوط الموقع الرئيسية مستضافة على خوادمنا، لكن بعض الصفحات التعريفية للشركات الشقيقة تحمّل خطوطها من Google، وقد يطّلع على عنوان IP الخاص بك عند تحميلها.
- بعض المنظومات التفاعلية تحمّل مكتبات تصميم من شبكات توزيع عامة (CDN) بالطريقة نفسها.
- الجهات الحكومية المختصة إذا طُلب ذلك نظاماً.
قد تُعالج البيانات على خوادم مزوّد الاستضافة خارج المملكة، ونحرص في ذلك على أن تكون الحماية المطبقة مماثلة لما يتطلبه النظام.
6. مدة الاحتفاظ
نحتفظ ببيانات الطلبات والمحادثات والتقييمات طوال المدة اللازمة لخدمة طلبك ومتابعته، ثم نتلفها أو نجعلها مجهولة الهوية، ما لم يتطلب نظامٌ الاحتفاظ بها مدة أطول. أما سجل أحداث التصفح التفصيلي فيُحتفظ فيه بأحدث السجلات فقط، ويُحذف الأقدم تلقائياً.
7. حماية البيانات
تُنقل البيانات بين متصفحك وموقعنا عبر اتصال مشفّر (HTTPS)، وتُحفظ في مجلد غير متاح للعموم على الخادم، ولا يطّلع عليها إلا المخوّلون من فريق زاجل عبر لوحة محمية بكلمة مرور ومقفلة أمام محاولات الدخول المتكررة.
8. حقوقك
- أن تُبلَّغ بكيفية جمع بياناتك ومعالجتها، كما في هذه السياسة.
- الوصول إلى بياناتك والحصول على نسخة منها.
- طلب تصحيح بياناتك أو استكمالها أو تحديثها.
- طلب إتلاف بياناتك عندما لا تعود لازمة.
- الرجوع عن موافقتك في أي وقت.
لممارسة أي من هذه الحقوق تواصل معنا عبر نموذج التواصل في الموقع، أو واتساب 00966504241724، أو الرقم الموحد 920017650، وسنرد خلال المدة النظامية. ويحق لك تقديم شكوى إلى الجهة المختصة بحماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة، وهي الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي (سدايا).
9. الأطفال
الموقع موجّه للمنشآت والمهنيين، ولا نجمع عن قصد بيانات من هم دون الثامنة عشرة.
10. تحديث هذه السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة عند تغيير خدماتنا أو المتطلبات النظامية، ونعرض تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلى الصفحة.
Privacy Policy
This policy explains how ZAJEL Smart IT ("ZAJEL", "we") collects, uses and protects personal data when you use zajelsolutions.com and its services, including the contact forms, surveys, system evaluations and the smart assistant. We follow the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its implementing regulations.
1. Who is responsible for your data

We do not ask for sensitive data. Please do not enter health or financial information or ID numbers in the forms or the chat.
3. Why we use your data
- To respond to your requests and enquiries, prepare the offers and studies you ask for, and contact you about them.
- To run the smart assistant and hand your conversation to a sales engineer when you ask.
- To improve our website content and systems based on evaluations and surveys.
- To measure website usage through aggregated statistics and protect it from misuse.
We process contact data based on your consent when you submit it, or because it is needed to fulfil your request, and browsing statistics based on our legitimate interest in operating and improving the website. We do not sell your data or use it for marketing without your consent.
4. Cookies and browser storage
- zvid: an anonymous visitor ID used to count unique visitors, kept for one year.
- Display preferences (language and dark mode) are stored only in your browser and are not sent to us.
- zj_attr: how you reached us (campaign link or referring site, and landing page) is kept in your browser for 90 days and is only sent to us with a contact request you submit, so we know which channels bring visitors.
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings; the website will keep working.
5. Who we share data with
- Our hosting provider (Hostinger), on whose servers our data is stored and which processes it only on our behalf.
- Google Fonts: the main website fonts are hosted on our own servers, but some sister-company profile pages load their fonts from Google, which may see your IP address when they load.
- Some interactive systems load design libraries from public content delivery networks (CDNs) in the same way.
- Competent government authorities when legally required.
Data may be processed on our hosting provider's servers outside the Kingdom; we make sure the protection applied is equivalent to what the law requires.
6. Retention
We keep requests, conversations and evaluations for as long as needed to serve and follow up on your request, then destroy or anonymize them, unless a law requires a longer period. Only the most recent detailed browsing events are kept; older ones are deleted automatically.
7. Security
Data travels between your browser and our website over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and is stored in a non-public folder on the server. Only authorized ZAJEL staff can access it, through a password-protected panel that locks after repeated failed attempts.
8. Your rights
- To be informed how your data is collected and processed, as described in this policy.
- To access your data and obtain a copy of it.
- To request correction, completion or updating of your data.
- To request destruction of your data when it is no longer needed.
- To withdraw your consent at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us via the contact form on this website, WhatsApp 00966504241724, or our unified number 920017650; we will reply within the statutory period. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent personal data protection authority in the Kingdom, the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).
9. Children
The website is intended for organizations and professionals; we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services or legal requirements change; the date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
